I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely safe, understood, and accepted without judgement. I strive to create a space where clients can show up as they are, whether they are navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of everyday life. I recognize that healing is not determined by how a struggle appears from the outside and more about the emotional weight of carrying it day to day.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment and emotional safety. I work from a person-centred lens and believe meaningful change happens through connection, self-understanding, and support that feels authentic and individualized. I value creating a  therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable being honest, exploring difficult experiences, and moving at a pace that feels manageable for them.

I support adolescents and adults experiencing concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Early in my career as a therapist, I spent significant time supporting men navigating trauma, addiction, and the unique emotional and relational impacts of shift work. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and draws from evidence-based practices including ART, ACT, CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches.

Outside of work, I love to stay active with my family, garden, and find balance in the small moments of everyday life.
