Paid street parking is available on the south side of the building. There are also various parades located nearby on 14st NW. Free limited street parking.
We are located in a 4-story brick professional building. Please come up to office #303 on the third floor when you arrive. Come in, make yourself comfortable in the waiting area and your therapist will collect you when they are ready. On evenings and weekends you will need to buzz Assured Psychology or Calgary Couples Counselling to get in the door located at the south entrance of the building. The elevator located at this south entrance is unlocked, so use it during these times.
On-site counselling available at North Sands and Wapasu lodges for Imperial Oil’s Employees and Contractors at the Kearl Lake Oil Sand Site. Not available to general public
Counselling sessions are also offered in an outdoor, nature-based environment during warmer (summer) months, as well as in the traditional office setting. This service is available to ongoing clients who have had at least one initial session at our office. A set meeting place is agreed upon ahead of time and then a short walk/hike into the green space selected. Please note this is weather dependent and low risk (easy terrain). Washrooms are not guaranteed to be available on site for these outdoor sessions.
It is important to attend your scheduled appointments. If you have to cancel please give as much notice as you can. A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
No-Show Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less that 1 hour notice, including no-notice at all, will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
